the room was clean and modern. the breakfast was acceptable.

I was quite disappointed upon arrival. the air conditioning unit in my room was loud. It made sleeping difficult (even with earplugs!). the rooftop pool and bar were closed, a major letdown considering the pictures. it was pretty inconvenient.

i found the location excellent. the hotel is near many massage centers and halal food restaurants. it has an easy walk to the beach and simon cabaret. convenience shops are also close, with access to daily necessities. the hotel is conveniently positioned.

the housekeeping sometimes forgot to replace the towels after taking them. we only had one hand towel on two of my four days. the towel in front of the shower was also removed but not replaced, and this was noticeable

Friends work at the hotel. I thank Guana for her excellent service when we approached her. She was very professional and took great care of us . The service of Natty at the front desk was excellent too. She checked to ensure everything was perfect .

I noticed a slight lack of soundproofing in my room. I could hear some street noise at times. It did not significantly disrupt my stay.
